Bharathiar University Recruitment 2013 – Teaching/ Non Teaching Posts: Bharathiar University has issued notification for the recruitment of 09 Teaching and Non Teaching Posts. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 15-02-2013. 1. Teaching Posts:
i. Lecturer: 01 Post
ii. Research Associates: 02 Posts
2. Non Teaching Posts
i. Research Assistant: 02 Posts
ii. Data Entry Operator: 01 Post
iii. Professional Assistant: 01 Post
iv. Library Assistant: 01 Post
v. Attendant: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 33 years of age for Non Teaching Posts.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D/ PG in relevant field for Teaching Posts and Research Asst Post, Any Degree with computers for Data Entry Operator Post, HSC with typing knowledge for Attendant Post and any Graduation for remaining posts.

Application form: Candidates can download the application form from the website www.b-u.ac.in should pay the fee of Rs.200/- in form of DD or Challan. Candidates can also obtain the applications in person at the office by the payment of cash of Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates & Rs.200/- for others. By post also candidates can get the application form on payment of fee of Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates & Rs.250/- for others in form of DD/Challan.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay the Registration fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) in form of Challan or Demand Draft payable at Coimbatore drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharathiar University.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification or can obtain as mentioned above and  fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, The Registrar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046 on or before 15-02-2013.
