On Wednesday we heard that the ban of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 had finally been lifted in Australia by the Australian Federal court, and the device was expected to go on sale in Australia today.
Well it looks like Apple has appealed the decision of the Federal court, and now the Australian High court has decided that the tablet is still banned in the country and can’t go on sale as yet.
The next court case is scheduled for next week on December the 9th, so it looks like Australian Galaxy Tab fans will have to wait until then to find out if they can get their hands on the tablet.
