Seen below is the BASH, which is akin to a space age sledgehammer. Sledgehammers are some of the coolest tools in a construction site, but the BASH is in a league of its own. Oh, and if you haven’t made the connection yet, that’s BASH as in Bad Ass Sledge Hammer. Funny name, but it lives up to the hype. How?

Wilton BASH

Rods. Steel rods, to be specific. Six of them are hewn together along the handle and connect to the metal head. The rubberized covering helps disperse the inevitable vibration each time the BASH is struck on a hard…target. This makes it rougher and tougher than the usual run of sledgehammers.

In fact, according to the source material, the makers of BASH have got a marketing gimmick on where they promise a thousand dollars to anyone who can break a BASH. That’s right—literally destroy the BASH through vigorous use and make an easy grand.

Currently billed as the most durable in the market, the Wilton BASH demands respect. At least this is what the darkly macho home page suggests.
