The Archos 35 Home Connect is kind of what you’d get if you crossed an Android smartphone with a clock radio.
It’s an Android 2.2 device with a 1 GHz processor, a 3.5 inch resistive touchscreen, and built-in speakers. It’s meant to be used around the house and can function as an alarm clock, internet radio or video device, or digital photo frame, among other things.
The device was never very expensive, launching last year for $150. But today you can pick one up from Adorama for $115.
